We have developed and implemented a Compliance Program with the firm purpose of establishing adequate policies and protocols to comply with current criminal regulations and promote an ethical culture and compliance with the law within Erhardt.
As a consequence of this, in addition to the risk matrix, the internal whistleblowing channel protocol, the compliance policies and other protocols included in the program, an Ethical Code has been approved that sets the standards of conduct for all its members.
